All About Soups


Time: Tuesday April 12, 6-8:30pm, 1 class, 2 1/2 hours
Location: Worcester Technical High School, 1 Skyline Drive, Worcester

Please bring $5 ingredients fee (cash only) payable to the instructor at the beginning of the class.

Learn the basics to making flavorful, delicious homemade soups! Soups are a savory way to utilize leftovers. In this soup making session, we will learn to create a Cream Based Chowder, French Onion Soup, Minestrone and Chicken Noodle Soup.  Yum!  Please bring $5 (cash only) payable to the instructor for ingredients and take home containers!
