Ms. Mora is a certified Health Coach who graduated from IIN Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is excited to share her knowledge about healthy lifestyle eating. Each week Emelinda will help you to create a variety of healthy dishes including how to make vitamin packed salads. She will help you discover the best herbs for you kitchen, tips for your grocery shopping, and so much more. As she likes to say, ” I am a faithful believer that our health comes from the kitchen”.
