AEROBICS IS BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER

 

This is a choreographed basic Dance Aerobics class that begins with a total body stretch with FUN and ENERGETIC  dance moves, we use every major muscle group for a TOTAL dance body workout! Ending with a cool down stretch and standing Abs. Awesome workout!
