You will learn the basic dance moves for intermediate oxygen aerobics in this class. We begin with a full body stretch and end with a cool down/stretch. Lots of fun and full body workout!
This is a choreographed dance aerobics class that begins with a total body stretch and deep breathing to get oxygen into the muscles for best results. Fun and energetic choreographed dance moves use every major muscle group. Floor exercises are next for your lower body and abs. Gently lower your heart rate with a cool down. Awesome workout!
Instructor Lee Ann Cipro is the owner/creator of Oxygen Aerobics and has taught through Night Life in the past. She is a graduate of the UMass Medical School Center for Mindfulness MBSR program.
