Description

In 6 weeks, Laura will guide this small group as you “gently” begin to explore your life thus far, reflecting back, planning ahead and getting curious about what you would like to include on your journey, including your end-of-life. Using the workbook “The Death Doula’s Guide to Living Fully and Dying Prepared, An EssentialWorkbook to Help You Reflect Back, Plan Ahead and Find Peace on Your Journey” we explore what has been, what might be unfinished and what we would like to see and accomplish in the future, how to plan for it, and all of the necessary documents that might be needed. An excellent workshop for adults contemplating life and death who are ready to have engaging dialogue and explore their own mortality and end-of-life planning in a supportive environment. Please come with an open mind and a readiness to engage in mortality related  practices and planning.
