Relax and unwind with a gentle hatha yoga class. We will incorporate breath, movement, and mindfulness in a quiet, nonjudgmental space. “Breathe In Relaxation, Breathe Out Tension”. This is a beginner yoga class but all levels are welcome.

This course is being taught by Allison Galvin, certified yoga instructor and Worcester Public Schools teacher.
