Clinical Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training

• Learn all you need to know to pass the CNA exam and be eligible for a job as a Certified Nursing Asisstant.
• Gain valuable experience through our externship placement process.  UMASS Memorial Healthcare is an affiliate for our externships.
• Class starts: Monday October 23, 2023 and runs until December 21, 2023.  10 week training 40 classes; 180 hours of training that includes CPR/First Aid Training and Online Test  Review Class.  National CNA online Test will be available on site at Worcester Technical High School on Tuesday January 23rd, 2024  There is a clinical externship requirement for state licensure which will run from January 1-January 12, 2024.
• Class includes: One week course prep and nine (9) weeks of in person  Didactic & clinical training; job readiness training; CPR/Fist Aid Certification; clinical externship rotation and Job externship placements after training.
• City of Worcester residents may be eligible to apply for a limited number of full scholarships for Worcester residents.  If interested, contact [email protected] to inquire about a scholarship. 
• All student candidates will need to present valid identification, pass a CORI test and a drug test prior to class registration completion. All students must purchase their own scrubs and appropriate footwear.

Class time: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 5:00pm – 9:30pm at Worcester Technical High School on 1 Officer Manny Familia Way. 35 classes 140 hours. Plus CPR/First Aid Class, 2  test review classes and a clinical externship (required by the state licensure board).
